Newsflow IR is a brand of X Media Inc. SEZC (“we”, “us”), a company registered in the Cayman Islands with its registered office at 2nd Floor, Strathvale House, 90 North Church Street, George Town, Grand Cayman KY1-1102. This policy explains what personal information we collect through newsflow.ca and how we use it.

What we collect

  • Information you give us. When you request a free AI visibility check or contact us, we collect your name, company, ticker and exchange, email address, phone number (optional) and anything you write in the message field.
  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring site, and uses cookies for site statistics, security and spam prevention.

How we use it

  • To run the AI visibility check you asked for and send you the results
  • To reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, arrange a call about our programs
  • To operate, secure and improve this website

We do not sell your personal information. We do not add you to any newsletter or mailing list unless you ask to be added.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, such as our website host (Automattic, which operates WordPress.com and Jetpack) and our email provider, and only so they can provide those services to us. We may also disclose information where required by law. Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business dealings, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing admin@x-publishing.com. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
